OAAA Suppliers Council Mission Statement: The primary mission of the Suppliers Council is to form a partnership with outdoor advertising plant operators to increase the market share of outdoor advertising, and to promote, improve and protect the outdoor advertising medium.

Traffic Audit Bureau
TAB's primary role is to authenticate the circulation data of Out-of-Home media. In doing so, it seeks to inform and educate the advertising community regarding the quantitative and qualitative value of Out-of-Home media, accommodating new forms as they develop without compromising standards of integrity. In specific instances TAB also certifies advertising placement.

The Markham Board of Trade
The Markham Board of Trade is a not-for-profit association. Founded in 1981, it was established by local business people for the betterment of our members and businesses in the Town of Markham. Board policy is determined by an elected Board of Directors nominated from the Association membership. It is managed by a professional team of business executives led by the President and CEO.

COMB is charged with the verification of traffic circulation for the benefit of the Industry and its users.
