Eyewitness AWM for Picture Perfect Operations

With Eyewitness AWM—our Workflow Management component—you can automate your workflow and processes.

This add on component allows you to send work schedules to an employee’s PDA device instead of the standard paper posting/install orders. Once the installation is complete, the installer can click and send a photo back along with the completed work order information immediately back to your web server. The photo is then automatically collated with the work order and ready for viewing by your clients.

GPS enabled PDA’s also allow tracking of the location the photo and completion information was taken from, adding another layer of proof that the installation was completed.
