Canadian cable company adopts sophisticated software by The Siroky Group
Cogeco Cable inc. has rolled out a powerful new software tool to help boost penetration in the highly competitive market of providing Internet services to small and medium sized businesses. Prospect Pro™ is a product created by The Siroky Group which uses digital mapping and built in artificial intelligence to find the best prospects and enable sales professionals to spend quality effort on them instead of random cold calling.

Prospect Pro utilizes a digital map and highly accurate database of all small and medium sized businesses. As sales representatives contact their prospects, represented by small dots, they record any proposition uptakes and turndown reasons with simple menu clicks. The program dynamically analyzes the prospecting activity and calculates a complex, “predictive model” behind the scenes. It does all the work and then displays the best future opportunities for new business as larger scale dots on the computerized map. When the rep clicks on the dots the computer shows contact and business data for leads at that location. After calling on the leads, the process repeats, becoming more and more intelligent over time.
